01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "2888et," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 2888et online betting and casino platform accessible at https://2888et.com.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on 2888et or accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a player on the 2888et platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a player's 2888et account, including real-money deposits and any bonus funds separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit awarded by 2888et to a player, subject to separate wagering requirements and terms.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a player on a sports event, cricket market, casino game, or any other eligible product offered on the 2888et platform.
• "Platform" means the 2888et website, mobile interface, and all associated products, services, and features.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole operating currency of the 2888et platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, comprising identity, age, and source-of-funds checks conducted by 2888et.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on 2888et. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 2888et reserves the right to request identity documentation to verify your age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

2.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number or valid government-issued identification details, residential address, and contact information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on 2888et. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 2888et reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any bets, bonuses, or winnings connected to those accounts.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions. The 2888et platform is operated and marketed primarily for players located in Pakistan. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws. 2888et does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where such services are explicitly prohibited by law.

2.5 Account Verification. 2888et operates a KYC verification process. You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2888et account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 2888et strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you notify 2888et promptly of unauthorised access.

3.2 Account Currency. All account balances, transactions, and bets on 2888et are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no facility for multi-currency accounts.

3.3 Inactive Accounts. An account is deemed inactive if no login or transaction has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 2888et reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. An account with a zero balance after the applicable inactive period may be closed.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your 2888et account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

04 Betting Rules

4.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 2888et are subject to acceptance by the platform. 2888et reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet has been placed on an event affected by system errors, incorrect odds, or where 2888et has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on 2888et. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and player account history. 2888et reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets, including ball-by-ball cricket markets on PSL and international fixtures, are subject to suspension at any time. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned. 2888et bears no liability for connectivity issues that prevent timely bet placement during live events.

4.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the specified settlement period; the market was offered in error; the odds were clearly the result of a technical malfunction; or the event outcome is subject to a governing body investigation for integrity concerns.

4.5 Cricket Betting Specific Rules. For PSL matches and international cricket fixtures, markets are settled based on official results declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant governing body (ICC, ACB, etc.). In the event of a match being abandoned due to weather or other causes, standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are used where applicable; otherwise, void rules apply.

4.6 Settlement. Bets are settled as soon as reasonably practicable following the conclusion of the relevant event. 2888et aims to settle cricket markets within two hours of the official result being declared. In cases of dispute over settlement, the decision of 2888et's trading team is final, subject to the complaints process in Section 13.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 2888et accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrencies. All transactions are processed in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on 2888et is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned via the original payment method.

5.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your 2888et account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations for the relevant blockchain.

5.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for deposits on the same account (the "same-source rule"). This rule is applied to prevent money laundering. Where the original deposit method is no longer available, 2888et's compliance team will determine an appropriate alternative following KYC review.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. 2888et aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are prioritised. Bank transfers may take two to three (2–3) business days to reflect in your account depending on the receiving institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within four (4) hours.

5.6 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are applied on a rolling daily and weekly basis and are communicated within your account settings. Players with VIP status may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits.

5.7 Verification Requirement. 2888et reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays when withdrawing winnings.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered players as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Pakistani-resident players who have completed the standard registration process and met any applicable KYC requirements.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses awarded by 2888et are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds thresholds applicable to each bonus are set out in the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

6.3 Bonus Forfeiture. If you request a withdrawal before completing the applicable wagering requirements on a bonus, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds will be forfeited. Only real-money funds in your account at the time of the withdrawal request will be processed.

6.4 Abuse of Bonuses. 2888et reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; wagering patterns that indicate low-risk arbitrage designed solely to clear wagering requirements; or participation in any coordinated strategy to exploit promotional terms.

6.5 Changes to Promotions. 2888et reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in and commenced wagering, the bonus funds credited at the time of opt-in will be honoured subject to existing terms.

07 Casino Games

7.1 Game Availability. The 2888et casino offers over 500 game titles including slots, live dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat), and game-show format titles. Game availability may vary and is subject to change without notice. Certain games may be restricted from bonus wagering or may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements.

7.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based casino games offered on 2888et are sourced from internationally licensed game providers whose RNG systems are subject to independent certification. 2888et does not operate its own game software and relies on provider certifications to guarantee game fairness.

7.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server log and settled accordingly. 2888et bears no liability for connectivity disruptions on the player's end during live dealer sessions.

7.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. Wins generated as a direct result of a clearly identifiable technical error are not valid and will not be paid. 2888et will make reasonable efforts to resolve malfunctions promptly and communicate outcomes to affected players.

08 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. 2888et is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is available to adults aged 21 and above only. We actively encourage players to gamble within their means and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

8.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 2888et players directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 2888et platform. Temporary exclusions of 30, 60, or 90 days are available, as well as permanent self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Where a player requests self-exclusion, 2888et will close the account within 24 hours of the request being received and confirmed. During a self-exclusion period, 2888et will not send promotional communications to the excluded player. Real-money balances at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

8.4 Player Protection. 2888et's responsible gaming team monitors player activity for signs of problem gambling behaviour. Where such behaviour is identified, 2888et may proactively contact the player and, where necessary, apply temporary account restrictions in the interests of player welfare.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2888et platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering as a minor or providing false age or identity information during KYC processes.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses.
• Participating in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any corrupt conduct in connection with sporting events offered on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human interface to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or incorrectly published odds — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Using the 2888et platform to launder money or conduct any transaction in connection with criminal activity.
• Engaging in arbitrage or systematic exploitation of bonus promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational use of the platform.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or operating an account on behalf of another person.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the 2888et platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 2888et or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 2888et platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 2888et.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2888et shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.2 2888et does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, and 2888et will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of planned downtime.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 2888et's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Termination

12.1 2888et reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, where 2888et reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that may expose 2888et or other players to harm or regulatory risk.

12.2 Upon termination for cause, 2888et reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit bonus balances, and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

12.3 You may terminate your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 2888et customer support. Real-money balances will be returned following KYC verification and standard withdrawal processing timelines.

13 Disputes & Complaints

13.1 If you have a complaint regarding the 2888et platform, you should in the first instance contact our customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Our team aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

13.2 Where a complaint cannot be resolved at the customer support level, you may escalate the matter to 2888et's compliance team by clearly setting out the nature of the dispute, the outcome sought, and any supporting evidence.

13.3 The decisions of the 2888et trading and compliance teams on matters relating to bet settlement, account restrictions, and bonus determinations are final unless found to be in breach of these Terms or applicable regulations following escalated review.

14 Amendments

14.1 2888et reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the 2888et platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.2 The date at the top of this page reflects the date on which these Terms were most recently updated. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

15 Governing Law

15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 2888et holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

15.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
